Considering the recent COVID-19 events across the globe, we want to clearly communicate how we are actively addressing this very serious issue. While some of the strategies may sound familiar, they are still necessary to keep both our clients and team healthy.
Due to the outdoor nature of much of what we do, Chando Construction is open for business and happily serving new and existing clients.
For new clients, we are happy to conduct our initial visit online in the form of a Google Hangout, Zoom meeting, or simply have a conversation via the phone. We can then visit and walk your property to take any necessary photos and/or measurements, confirmed with a text or call upon arrival. If you wish to stay in your home and talk by phone during this visit, please do so and we can talk by phone while there.
Estimates, proposals and invoices will be sent electronically. Payment can be made over the phone or online.
For installations and service calls, our trained technicians will call or text when they are in route to your property and will complete their work outdoors. In certain circumstances, we may need to enter the garage or crawl space and will only do so with your approval.
We ask that if you or any family members are sick or have recently shown symptoms, please let us know so our technicians do not enter the home. And we promise to have any team members displaying cold-like symptoms to stay home. If you or anyone in your household is self-quarantining due to an illness, please let us know and we’ll gladly reschedule your appointment for when you’re clear to receive visitors.
